Funding terms:

• Primary down payment – 25 %
• Payment over 1 year – 25 %
• Payment over 2 years– 25 %
• Payment over 3 years– 25 %
• The maximum funding sum is for:
  • agricultural producers – USD 125,000 equivalent in national currency per beneficiary
  • members of Irrigation Water Producers Associations – USD 175,000 equivalent in national currency per beneficiary
• Annual monitoring fee – 2% annually

Funding objects:

• 1) New equipment for irrigation or new components thereof accompanied by the project design for the following equipment:
  • a) Irrigation systems for perennial plantations;
  • b) Stationary pumping stations;
  • c) Water storage basins;
  • d) Stationary water supply networks.
• 2) New equipment for irrigation or new components thereof, for which no project design is required:
  • a) Drum-type irrigation machines, with sprinklers or consoles;
  • b) Irrigation systems with low-pressure sprinklers;
  • c) Linear, circular (pivot) irrigation machines;
  • d) Drip irrigation systems (with drip lines of minimum 3-year operation life);
  • e) Portable pumping stations;
  • f) Sets of pipes with accessories for local water transportation for irrigation of crops related to AP;
  • g) Fertigation and/or chemurgy equipment;
  • h) Components for water storage basins;
  • i) Metal or plastic tanks for water accumulation and storage.
• 3) New Machinery and Equipment, provided that the Beneficiary has operational irrigation machinery and/or equipment, or it was/is currently procured through the Program:
  • a) Agricultural machines for growing and harvesting fruits and vegetables;
  • b) Tillers for tillage;
  • c) Ridge dammer;
  • d) Precision sowing (pneumatic and mechanical);
  • e) The machines for arranging/collecting the mulch sheet and drip lines;
  • f) Machines for planting seedlings;
  • g) Machines for installing mini-tunnels;
  • h) Sprinklers;
  • i) Milling machines, vegetable mass shredders, mowers, contour cutting machines, dryers, sheaves tying machines;
  • j) Anti-hail protection systems;
  • k) Anti-freeze systems/machines;
  • l) Harvesting platforms
  • m) Harvesting machines for fruits, vegetables, nuts, apple trees and seedlings from plant nurseries;
  • n) Greenhouses and tunnels
  • o) Equipment for greenhouses and tunnels, except for the related land;
  • p) Field weather stations;

4) Exclusively for Irrigation Water Producers Associations’ members – agricultural equipment and machinery for the cultivation of sweet corn.
