About the Project

The Project for hire-purchase in installments of equipment for the livestock sector is intended for farmers willing to invest in equipment and/or technologically renovate their zootechnical farms.

Funding terms:

  • Primary down payment – 30 %
  • Payment over 1 year – 35 %
  • Payment over 2 years– 35 %
  • Annual monitoring fee – 2% annually
  • The maximum funding sum is – 2 000 000 MDL per beneficiary

  • telescopic forklift;
  • pumping and/or waste separation station;
  • machinery and technological equipment for automatic fodder pushing; ;
  • conveyors with or without feed belt;
  • machinery and technological equipment for the grain mixes production (combination fodder);
  • technological lines for rationalized feed distribution, with or without volumetric dispensers, including computerized stations;
  • technological lines for storage, preparation and transportation of feed (dry fodder/liquid fodder);
  • feed distributors with a mixer;
  • silo feeders, piping;
  • self-propelled front loader for specialized fodder;
  • front feed loader for installation on different bases;
  • hay/straw/alfalfa presses;
  • presses for silage into sleeves, nets, and polyethylene bales;
  • rake for hay collecting;
  • rotary mower with a production capacity of up to 5.2 ha/hour with furrow formation by crushing;
  • agricultural drainage for manure;
  • automated technological equipment for distributing food and water into cages;
  • machinery and technological equipment for storage, preparation and transportation of feed;
  • machinery and technological equipment for the production of food mixtures (compound feed);
  • specialized transport for transporting fodder;
  • machinery and technological equipment for the production of feed mixtures;
  • machinery and devices for loading, unloading and transporting beehives in the pastoral area (beehive trailer, platform, pavilion, trolley, apiary cart apilift, forklift);
  • barrel unloader/thrower;
  • equipment for grinding, loading/unloading of silage and grain into plastic sleeves (bags);
  • scarifier, staples or discs for digging manure, localized distribution bar;
  • manure spreading trailer;
  • self-propelled telescopic loader;
  • self-propelled wheel loader;
  • front loader for tractor (including with bucket, cutter bucket, clamshell bucket, silage chopper, silage loader, forks, pallet forks, bucket forks, clamp fork, fine fork, grab arm for round bales, BIG-BAG lifting fork, blade for front loader);
  • BIG-BAG loader for tractor;
  • technological trailer for feed distribution (mixer);
  • self-propelled technological mixer for preparing portioned fodder equipped with a silo cutter;
  • silage extractor and distributor;
  • machine for cutting silo blocks (silo block cutter);
  • distributor unpacking cylindrical bales (including self-loading and exhauster);
  • bale press;
  • bale wrapping machine;
  • self-loading machine for cylindrical bales;
  • self-loading trailer for cylindrical bales;
  • tank truck based on trailer or semi-trailer (with or without pump);
  • IZOTERM specialized transport for transporting products of animal origin with a special temperature regime (HS 8704 21310 up to 5 tons) and (HS 8704 22910 over 5 tons, but not more than 10 tons);
  • specialized transport for transporting raw milk up to 12 tons;
  • specialized transport for transporting the waste of animal origin not intended for human consumption.

Eligibility criteria

Eligibility criteria

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria when applying for the hire-purchase of equipment for the livestock sector Project:

  1. They are an agricultural producer carrying out agricultural activity in the country’s territory, including production, growing or cultivation of agricultural products, as well as primary/finishing processing of agricultural products milking, raising and keeping animals for agrarian purposes or maintaining land in good agricultural and environmental conditions, agro-tourism;
  2. They are a legal person or individual enterprise (including homestead) duly registered;
  3. They are a member of the professional zootechnical association or of a professional productional organization, in terms of Law no. 257/2006 about organization and operation of agricultural and agri-food markets;
  4. They are not in insolvency proceedings by the court decision, or no application to initiate insolvency proceedings against the applicant has been submitted to the court;
  5. There are no registered debts towards the Agency;
  6. There are no arrears with the national public budget. The criterion in question does not apply to the applications for the instalment trade with regard to zootechnical equipment, which have been withdrawn and are in the Agency’s stock;
  7. The funding sum from allocated ADMA’s budget stipulated herewith constitutes the maximum amount of 2 000 000 MDL per beneficiary, and in case the applicant already holds the status of active Beneficiary (beneficiary whose hire-purchase contract has not been repaid in full) within the procedure of hire-purchase in installments of equipment for the livestock sector, the sum of the offer herein will not exceed the difference between the maximum funding sum of 2 000 000 MDL and the balance of the receivables registered for the Beneficiary towards the Agency within the procedure of hire-purchase of equipment for the livestock sector;
  8. They have a property right or other valid and properly registered exercisable right to use the real estate where they intend to install the zootechnical equipment for a period of at least 2 years;
