About the Project
The project for digital transformation in agriculture is intended for farmers willing to integrate digital technologies in all the processes of agricultural work, aiming to increase the agricultural sector’s competitiveness.
Funding terms:
- Primary down payment – 50 %
- Payment over 1 year – 25 %
- Payment over 2 years– 25 %
- Annual monitoring fee – 2% annually
- Grant is up to 50% of the project cost, but no more than 200,000 MDL per beneficiary from the Future Technologies Activity Project.
- Technical assessment costs reimbursement, where appropriate
- The maximum funding sum is – 700 000 MDL per beneficiary

Eligibility criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria when applying for the digital transformation project:
- They are an agricultural producer carrying out agricultural activity in the country’s territory, including production, growing or cultivation of agricultural products, as well as primary/finishing processing of agricultural products milking, raising and keeping animals for agrarian purposes or maintaining land in good agricultural and environmental conditions, agro-tourism;
- They are a legal person or individual enterprise (including homestead) duly registered;
- They are not in insolvency proceedings by the court decision, or no application to initiate insolvency proceedings against the applicant has been submitted to the court;
- There are no registered debts towards the Agency;
- There are no arrears with the national public budget. The criterion in question does not apply to the applications for the instalment trade with regard to the equipment for the digital transformation of agriculture, which have been withdrawn and are in the Agency’s stock;
- The funding sum from ADMA’s allocated budget stipulated herewith constitutes the maximum amount of 700 000 MDL per beneficiary, and in case the applicant already holds the status of active Beneficiary within the procedure of hire-purchase of equipment for the digital transformation of agriculture, the sum of the offer herein will not exceed the difference between the maximum funding sum of 700 000 MDL and the balance of the receivables registered for the Beneficiary towards the Agency within the procedure of hire-purchase of equipment for the digital transformation of agriculture.
