Eligibility criteria

You can apply to the Project if you meet the following conditions:

1.  You are an agricultural producer carrying out agricultural activity in the country’s territory;
2.  You are a legal person or represent an individual enterprise (including homestead) duly registered;
3.  The company is not in insolvency proceedings by the court decision, or no application to initiate insolvency proceedings against the applicant has been submitted to the court;
4. There are no registered debts towards the Agency;
5.  There are no arrears with the national public budget;
6.  You have the right of ownership or other valid and properly registered exercisable rights to use the land/plots where you intend to install the equipment for a period of at least 2 years;

The 2KR Assistance for Underprivileged Farmers Project offers producers the opportunity to purchase machinery and agricultural equipment under preferential conditions, namely with full payment but also with a primary down payment:

• Primary down payment – 25 %
• In 3 months – 25 % from the instalment purchase deed signature date
• Payment over 1 year – 25 %
• Payment over 2 years– 25 %
• Primary down payment – 50 %
• Payment over 1 year – 50 %
