The Agency for the Development and Modernization of Agriculture (ADMA) facilitates the access to and implementation of funding in the form of donations and/or loans granted by international/national financing organizations, mainly related to the provision of domestic agricultural producers with agricultural equipment.
ADMA ensures easy and constant access for beneficiaries to the funding contracts intended for the purchase of agricultural equipment. At the same time, the Agency evaluates and monitors the implementation of projects and expenses.
The agency inspects and verifies the conditions of usage and storage for the agricultural machinery and supervises the reimbursement by the beneficiaries of the agricultural machinery costs belonging to them until full redemption, in case of hire-purchase.
In order to measure progress, the ADMA team carries out studies and analyses on the impact of the projects implemented on agricultural development in the Republic of Moldova.
